Manaslu circuit and Tsum valley trekking are holy Himalayan pilgrims valley trekking, located in northern of the Gorkha District of Nepal, which is also known as hidden valley trekking as well. These area are restricted area but it was only opened in 2008 for the trekkers. Every one need to have restrict trekking permits for these area for Manaslu and Annapurna conservation.  Polyandry marriage system of Tsum valley is one different feature of the Tsum valley. They have their own culture, traditions which differ from both the Nepali and Tibetan cultures.

Manaslu circuit and Tsum valley trekking region borders with Tibet in the northern side so that traditions and customs of there is similar of the Tibetan. This is a strenuous trek which rewards a spectacular scenario of Snow Capped mountains, combination of unique tradition and cultures and natural and geographical diversity. Manaslu Trek and Tsum valley also covers the 1663 square kilometer’s in Manaslu Conversations Area where different species of mammals including Himalayan Thar, snow leopard, Blue sheep, barking deer, Musk deer, as well as 120 more different types  birds including raven pheasant chough are found.

Manaslu Tsum Valley Trekking itinerary.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, meet and greet, transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Rest, preparation or visit ancient old temples in Kathmandu, get permits.

Day 03: Drive to Arughat (600m), 6-8 hours by bus or jeep

Day 04: Trek to Lapubesi (882m). 5-6 hours walk.

Day 05: Trek to Tatopani (990m), 6-7 hours walk.

Day 06: Trek to Jagat (restricted area start from here.)

Day 07: Trek to Philim (1570m), 5-6 hours walk.

Day 08: Trek to Chhumling (2386m), 6-7 hours walk.

Day 09: Trek to Chhekampar (3011m), 5-6 hours walk.

Day 10: Trek to Mu Gompa (3700m), 6-7 hours walk.

Day 11: Trek to Chhekampar via Rachen Goma, 6-7 hours walk.

Day 18: Trek to Larke Rest home/Dharmasaala (4460m) 4 hours walk.

Day 19: Trek to Bimtang (3750m), via Larkey Pass (5100m), 8-9 hours.

Day 20: Trek to Dharapani (1963), 7-8 hours walk.

Day 21: Trek to Jagat 1300, 6-7 hours walk.

Day 22: Drive to Kathmandu.
